About this pro

▪️I am passionate about being healthy and fit. Achieving results is different for everyone and that is one of the key elements in the services I provide to clients. Because of my passion and authentic style of training I work well with all age groups and fitness levels.

▪️My clients achieve results through health assessments, customized fitness training, lifestyle and nutritional guidance. I train clients using functional, body weight, weights and many other exercises and equipment. I also provide flexibility and mobility training,as well as personal stretching. I enjoy educating my clients on how to progressively change their lifestyle.

▪️I have over 10 years experience in aerobic, strength and fitness conditioning. I am WITS certified and AAFA Group instructor certified.

▪️I have started two fitness programs with Hilton hotels. I have successfully trained my clients in reaching their fitness goals by losing bodyfat and weight loss.

My excitement and joy comes from being able to partner with people in achieving their fitness goals. Being able to watch someone go from not being able to do push-ups to doing them. Watching people do things they thought they could not. I enjoy being a part of a fitness community that provides services that change the quality of life for many.

Felicia Inspires me to keep at it no matter what. So enjoy work, work, work, working out with you. Since training with you and the team, my numbers have dropped ( sugar, cholesterol). My fencing instructor complemented me and said I am looking curvy.

I feel better mentally and physically. I reduced my body fat, and lost inches around my hips and waist. I am really happy that I found very supportive trainers that care and push you to do your best. I had a bad experience with trainers in the past. Now I know what it is to find a real "fitness family”. I train on Sundays with Felicia and the sessions are challenging, always different and has helped me get stronger.

Since working with Felicia, I have reduced my bodyfat and lost about 15 inches overall. I have gone from having injuries with my back, knee, and ankle to being able to jump and do other things, I did not do before.
