My passion is Developing Fitness Programs that will help you build healthy habits and a healthier, stronger, more Resilient You both body and mind.
I have over 20+yrs experience in the fitness health and wellness industry. And have helped many people rehabilitate an injury, lose weight and prevent health diseases, develop strong muscles to reduce risk of falling, increase bone density, reduce stress, be more mindful, more mobility, increase range of motion, better circulation, feel good which builds confidence. Lose Weight, gain strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
