Boxing Lessons

I had a good experience my first day yesterday for 30 mins, had me sweating the first 10 mins then the workout was great.

I started training with Ant in 2013, He taught me kickboxing and help me reach my personal fitness goals. What I like about working with him, is that he motivates me, he was patient, and took his time with me. Eventually, I have him trained my children as well. He helps them through the years and nowthey are on their way of becoming a professional athlete in the near future. Overall it was a great experienced, and would definitely recommend him!!!

i like it because it was fun and enjoyable, it kept me out of trouble and i seen things alot different were i wanna become a boxing or mma fighter. in the future, i was 7 when i started flye lessons at american top team in colorado now hes here in New york yea i can train agian
