Training with Anthony has helped me achieve goals both physically and mentally. With an intent to build muscle, get toned, and learn how to fight, ive achieved all and then some. However, my goals dont stop there as there is so much knowledge that he has to offer. My endurance has escalated while ive learned many self defense techniques and fight tips that have actually helped to save my life! Youll definitely see a major difference and it wont stop there.
Ant is a great instructor that meets his students where they are and encourages them to become stronger and to reach their goals without a “drill instructor mentality.” I would struggle with technique and kicks, Anthony would show me, explain what’s happening and would let me figure it out (which is what I personally needed) and after a day or two, it would click. Highly recommend.
As a first time student Anthony was very helpful and patient with me. He was also very motivational and persistent. I positive and out going personality makes each class pleasant but at the same time he challenges you which is something that I also enjoy. He also implements inspirations quotes in the warm ups or end of class which is another thing that I also enjoy listening to.. He is awesome!
Anthony was my kickboxing instructor. In a very caring yet fun way he would help correct my form for certain combinations and cardio workouts. He's definitely a dime a dozen and makes your overall experience, whether it's just regular exercise or something more intense, very enjoyable.
