Hey, my name is Franklyn and I'm an experienced Personal Trainer looking to help you get in shape.
I have seven years’ of experience in conducting one-on-one training sessions in fitness studios and gyms. I have advanced training in nutrition and weight management consulting. My mission is to carefully evaluate every member needs and assisted them in achieving personal fitness goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically for new clients', I will make an initial consultation in order to review their needs and wants for their ultimate body and health goals. We will then lay out our plan on how we will succeed those goals. New clients will be given one on one training sessions at the weekly quantity of their choice. My overall goal is to lead my client through personal workouts and skill development training.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching personal training while I was studying for my degree in Nutrition at CUNY Brooklyn College. I immediately knew this was my passion as it delighted me to continuously counsel clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits. Also, seeing their growth in becoming a better version of themselves.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of students with different ranges of fitness goals and weight. I've taught one on one sessions and conducted groups, up to 30 trainees.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I will give to students looking to hire a personal trainer is to search for a trainer who is determined to work hard in order to meet your overall fitness goals. I am the personal trainer that will always motivate you to maintain your peak physical condition.
