I posses over a decade of personal training experience as well as strength and conditioning coaching (NSCA CSCS). My highest education being in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy) and undergraduate major in Nutrition and Exercise Science, has helped me to build upon my experience. With that being said, my focus is in adequate assessment of your current fitness level and your goals, which help us design most effective plan in most safest way. All this while maximizing your level of comfortness. At the end of the day, it’s all about YOU and YOUR goals.
