Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We sit down with all of our new clients to discuss their goals, history, commitment level, injuries/limitations, and then we perform a few assessments to determine if there are any underlying imbalances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are NASM-CPT. Plus each has their own area of interest. Such as CSCS, TRX, CrossFit, Pre/Post Natal, Pose Method of Running. Most of us have a degree is exercsie science and a few trainers even have their masters.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Consider the type of facility, quality and personality of the trainers, and business practices.
