I give my clients one on one sessions and focus on how they can improve.We can go over nutrition as well as that plays a big part to a healthy lifestyle. I can give them exercises to do when they are away as well.
I really enjoy being fit enough to tackle a new challenge. Our house has pictures of adventures we have taken and many hikes. It’s wonderful helping someone better their fitness.
