I give my clients one on one sessions and focus on how they can improve.We can go over nutrition as well as that plays a big part to a healthy lifestyle. I can give them exercises to do when they are away as well.
I really enjoy being fit enough to tackle a new challenge. Our house has pictures of adventures we have taken and many hikes. It’s wonderful helping someone better their fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a first time complimentary assessment during which I go over goals, any Injuries and what activities if any the client is currently engaging in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM and NPTI certified. I was a personal trainer before going out on my own.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually train one on one sessions but have trained couples or friends.

During an internship through school.

A variety. Kids, teens, 20’s and middle age to older adults.

I am training for a running trip at elevation and includes mountain climbing. I like a challenge!
