I work out of two area gyms and also go to client homes. Dynamic Fitness Solutions is located in Bainbridge, OH on Rt 306 and King’s Gym is locatesd on Aurora Rd in Bedford Hts, right off Rockside and Rt 271. At Kings - if you train with me 2 times a week or more your membership is included.
