Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$65 per 60 mins
Price breaks for 2 or more people per session
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching Group Fitness Classes and that evolved into Personal Training. Many of my students requested my individual attention to take their fitness to the next level.
I also gained 60lbs with 2 pregnancies! So my internal drive to lose the weight and stay fit was a strong goal of mine.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ages-13 to 85 years old. I enjoy the challenge that each client brings me.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have competed in 3 team Masters Crossfit competitions. They are the scariest and most gratifying event I have done!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The advice I give to everyone is simple: Find something that you like to do to stay healthy. If you hate running, don't run! There are plenty of other ways to get a good cardio workout in that is more fun.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Talk about what really scares you, and is holding you back from acieving your goals. Once it's out in the open, it's not so scary anymore! And now you have a partner that can help you up and over those walls.
