Frequently asked questions

When meeting a new student, we generally like to start with a phone call to go over some basic background information to determine the next best steps. If there is somewhat of an athletic background and/or specific goals, we would determine which coach and classes best suit your needs. If there is no previous athletic or weightlifting history, we would have you start with our Basics program or come in for a free one-on-one assessment with one of our coaches to go over your goals, any questions you might have, and figure out a plan of attack!

Our LoveBasics: Intro to CrossFit program is $150 and covers your first month of CrossFit, with both lessons and classes. For those who would like one-on-one training as opposed to a group setting, we offer a Fast-Track which is 4 one hour sessions with a coach based around your schedule to learn the basics. Once completed, our monthly membership options range from $110 - $160 per month.

We work with any and all types! We have some people join us to kick-start a weight loss journey, we have some that join us because they are in physical therapy and are looking to improve on their mobility, we have some that join us because they are looking for a group fitness experience and the motivation that comes with it, and we have some that join us because they are very athletic but have specific challenging goals that they want us to help them reach.
