I have been where many of my clients are when they come to me. Anyone can find a trainer to tell them what to do, but it's not every trainer that can understand the emotion behind needing to get in shape, feeling frustrated and sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I can.
I love helping my clients achieve their goals and hit benchmarks, no matter how small the improvement. When I see someone master a new move, increase their ability, achieve something new, it makes it worth the work! It makes me happy to hear someone say, "I couldn't do that (whatever it may be) a month, six months, etc. ago!"

I was overweight, frustrated and didn't know what to do. I found an awesome trainer, he helped me change my life. I love him for that! I decided once I got closer to my goals, there was no reason I couldn't help others make the changes I so desperately sought out! Here I am!
Meal planning, diet assessment, training programming, and most of all ACCOUNTABILITY. You will find me texting my clients while they are on vacation and checking in on them duing the week when they are not with me to see how things are going.
Recently a client of mine and I competed in a local Figure Competition. I worked with her from January to May on all aspects of competition prep. She actually placed higher than I did in the show. So proud of her and all she accomplished with my help and guidance!
Don't expect to become fit and make changes in a half hour or hour a week. I recommend two to three times a week to meet with a trainer, at least in the beginning. You aren't going to make changes in one 30 minute session per week!
Your training is not limited to the half hour or hour I spend with you in the gym. I spend hours at home working on your nutrition plan, training plan. What you see in the gym is a small part of the process. That's why it's important to follow your trainer's advice! You are paying for help, please take it!!!
