About
I am currently a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified personal trainer with a NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialization, NASM Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialization, and Bodybuilding Specialization. I am also an Athletics and Fitness Association of America Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a Kickboxing and Yo Chi background.
In my personal life I am a men's physique competitor and enjoy yoga, bodybuilding, dancing, and martial arts. I used to be obese and used nutrition, fitness and passions to achieve goals that I never thought were possible.
I believe health needs to be achieved through body AND mind, and must be done in ways that we enjoy, which makes it part of our lives. As a trainer, I want to find the way YOU enjoy becoming healthier and achieving fitness goals, and make this a new passion for you
