I offer one-on-one personal training and small group fitness classes just for women from my private, home-based studio in southwest Austin. Classes include Cardio Dance, Pilates, Step Aerobics, PiYo, Barre, Kickboxing and Boot Camp.

I love working with women and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals. I'm a good fit for any woman looking for a more comfortable and encouraging alternative to the typical gym.
