What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work with clients on a one hour scheduled class. Depending on the clients goals and what they want to achieve, I'll work them through a combination of cardio, weight lifting and machines, HITT training and nutrition guidelines to help them meet their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three certifications: Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Nutrition. I've trained athletes in every type of sports, individuals who want to compete in NPC competitions, to people just wanting to look and feel better about themselves, training properly helps you physically, but just as important, mentally, giving you confidence to succeed in every aspect of your life.
