I like seeing my clients progress with their workouts. I have had several clients that start the sessions with back pain and after we are done they are no longer in pain.

After I gather all the information, we will do a movement assessment to see which muscle needs work and I’ll begin creating the best fitness program for you.
You’ll try out the workout and then we’ll map out the fitness program for the next 3-6 months.

I had dislocated my shoulder from 2002-2005. In 2005 I had my long waited surgery and needed to do something right after I graduated from college.
Personal Training came to me as I was recovering from my surgery, and it slowly but surely became a passion of mine as I helped hundreds of clients reach their fitness goals.
