At RTG Performance Academy we take a science-based training approach to make sure we are actually TAKING CARE of YOUR body as we work towards YOUR goals. Reducing the risk of injury and building a body that can last is always the number one priority. As far as getting the result you are looking for we will just put the science to work... and it works everytime!
Watching people make the choice to better their lives. And being able to play a role in that and watch it happen is an incredible thing!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We will take them through a free session first to see how they enjoy it and show how it really can benefit them. Within this session and every session after we are constantly assessing to see any areas of weakness that we need to improve on. Then we will gear what they do to what they need!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold the highest standard for each of our trainers that we have and that we bring in. The two that we have now both graduated college with a Bachelors of Science in the exercise and body movement field. On top of that we both have top of the line training certification and we also continue educating ourselves each and every day!
