What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Process begins with fundamentals of boxing, conditioning, and understanding the why and how to start. Each movement, exercise, and technique is a build off of the other.

Many years experience from the amateur ranks to professional boxing.

Pricing is based off of the quantity of sessions as well as the in depth complexity of the clients assessed needs.
