Hello! My name is Randell (R-2) Dofat. I have achieved a Black Belt in 2 forms of taekwondo (ITF & WTF styles) and have traveled the world competing in the Olympic Sport Taekwondo for almost a decade. In my time training and competing I have gathered all the knowledge needed to be successfull not only in martial arts, but in self defense and fitness taining as a whole. These years in the art have taught me all of the core values, or tenents, of Taekwondo which are "Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverence, Self Control, and Indomitable Spirit" and I use these in my everyday life. I only strive for greatness in myself, teammates, coaches, and peers and I have the same attitude towards training others. From beginners to advanced athletes I expect the drive to continue training. As long as you are willing to come to practice, I will ensure you end the session better than you started. My goal is to take you from good to great. I have a passion for my sport and I am eager to share my experiences and bring forth new methods and ideas to provide the best tarining possible. I believe I can teach you anything and everything you need to know to be successfull not only in taekwondo, but self defense and fitness tarining, too.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For new students I alwas start with the basics and light work to guage skill level. I have training routines for skill levels that range from beginner to advance. And to provide a personal touch, I can mold a training course for each specific student to provide the best results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 Years in taekwondo training
4 Years in fitness training
3 Years Coaching
How did you get started teaching?
I first began teaching an under-belt class at my local taekwondo studio to the children in their after school care program. From there I branched out to full on classes.

I have worked with students of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
