I'm a consummate athlete, I fully embraces what I preach, and I enjoy snowboarding, surfing and golfing. With an experience of over 12 years in the Fitness endeavor and my Bachelors degree in Fitness, I have completed several courses such as Certified Personal Trainer from the ISSA and NASEM, and a CrossFit Level 2 Coach.
