About this pro

We focus on the people, I love what I do, and we get results.

There are no gimmicks, just hard work and commitment to excellence. Progress in my opinion on any level is the key to happiness. Helping people feel more secure about themselves has alway been my number one concern. I take training serious, No one plays figthing, in the ring or in life.

I have been a student of the martial arts for over 30 years. I've studied several forms of self defense: boxing, kickboxing, Savate, Wing Chun and grappling. As a man and as a fighter I'm evolving into a greater version of myself thru trainning as I encourage all my students to do.

Have a great day and continue to search for the champion in you.

I love training and watching people grow into fighters. I love creating a safe and productive environment for those I'm working with. I have loved martial arts since I saw Bruce Lee in 1981. Martial Arts, builds character, helps you to protect yourself and your family. It also allows you to become more and face more as a man or a woman.
