I believe I will stand out because I have a true desire to help my fellow human beings to be the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves. I have had times in my life where I was not in the best health and I know the feeling of being self conscious of my body. I also know what it's like to turn it all around and achieve my health goals and recieve compliments from others. It's my passion to share that with others.
What I enjoy most is being able to work personally with my clients and getting to know them. And of course the best part is helping others achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To me it is my highest priority to get to know my clients as much as possible. We are all human and not machines after all. We all have strengths, weaknesses, goals and challenges. We have personalities and lives, all of which will play a role in the training to success process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been been involved in athletics since my youth including martial arts, baseball, soccer and track and field. I have been a fitness enthusiastic all my life and have always made it a priority to stay healthy. I have just recently obtained my PTC because I realized that I wanted to share my passion for fitness with other and help them achieve their goals.

My standard rate is $35 per hour training session.
