I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have over 15 years experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. I enjoy keeping up with trends in the fitness and training industry, while using my creativity and expertise to develop new ideas, solutions, and training programs.
I work with people of all ages and abilities with a goal to help them move and feel better.
TWWD Fitness prepared me for life as a Division One student-athlete. The emphasis on technique gave me the confidence to push myself in the weight room while experiencing consistent progress!
Jackson developed a mobility and fitness plan that took into account my ability and knee replacement. He is a patient trainer, making sure I understood the movements, muscles that are being used and the expected results.
Jackson is the kind of trainer everyone wants to have. Apart from having years of training and experience in the gym, he ‘s also organized and detail-oriented in every way. I’ve found it’s difficult to find this combination in a trainer, so having that means a lot to me. It truly shows his professionalism. He gave careful thought to planning my exercises after discussing my goals, and he pushed when I needed to be pushed. He emphasized proper form which I also appreciated because not all trainers are diligent about it. Jackson’s work ethic and skills make him an outstanding personal trainer who I would recommend to anyone!
I like to set up an initial, free personal consultation to review fitness goals and make sure we're a good fit for each other.
I currently hold the following certifications:
FMS Fundamental Capacity Screen
FMS Functional Movement Screen Level 1&2
