Fitness Background: I began my

fitness journey in my 20’s. Over the

last two decades, I have learned how

to become leaner and stronger while

navigating the changes that come with

age and life. I am currently in the best

shape of my life and look forward to

helping you achieve your fitness goals

as well.

Inspiration for becoming a Personal

Trainer: Fitness has always been my

passion. I find great fulfillment in

seeing my clients grow stronger both

physically and mentally. I frequently

work with clients to address common

issues like chronic lower back, knee,

and shoulder pain, using proper

exercise to improve their overall

quality of life.

Training Motto: "Rome wasn't built in a day." Consistency over time is what brings

lasting results.

Favorite Exercises: Crossfit, Calisthenics, Kickboxing, Yoga, Weight Training, Sprinting.

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer; ACE Group Fitness instructor;

Pilates Reformer Certification

Interests & Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy working out, trying new exercises,

spending time with family, cooking, and rock climbing
