About

In addition to my custom made fitness program, I include percussion therapy in my service as a perk for my clients, which help exceeds performance during their workout. Percussion therapy is a tool that is used by many pro athletes and post rehabilitation. Percussive tool offers similar to deep tissue massage but without the excessive hard pressure. It stimulates muscle tissue and joint, to helps speed up recovery, shuts down pain signals, and increase mobility. Percussion therapy has a long list of benefits to improve both health and general Fitness. I have many people ask about it. I’ll always tell them try it. The positive results speaks for itself.

I love that I’m making a difference in my clients lives. When putting a smile and happy tears in their faces because I helped to make changes in their physical and health, that’s more the enough that I could ever asked for. I treat my clients like my family.

Firstly, I want to say that Fred and the Brickhouse team are an amazing group. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.
I approached Coach Fred about some issues I have had with my shoulder and to see if I can get balanced. He scheduled me in and was able to get an assessment such as mobility and posture. He could tell right away that I am over compensating due to my past shoulder injury. After the assessment he explained in detail his previous experiences with other clients and the therapy gun that has helped so many of his clients.
Fred provided my some mobility work and stretches to help with my alignment and then introduced the therapy gun to my shoulder. The therapy gun hurt in a good way! He was very careful and patient with my shoulder and made sure I was ok with the pain. I felt after one session with him, my should felt so much better and mobility was more manageable. He always checks up on me asks how the pain is or if I am felling better. He is just an awesome guy and takes care of is clients.

Actually my clients were the ones who inspired  and believed in me.  They saw value,  solid expertise, potential and  a great investment.  If it wasn’t for them,  I would of had a difficult time visioning  myself  not just only a pro trainer, but as  becoming a fitness entrepreneur.  I’m not much of a high risk taker, but comfortable to work for someone. One day I was told by one of my client, if I want to own a  successful fitness business, you need to take risk, must have talent, and have lots of passion  in your profession.   So I took that risk and also accepted the worst case scenario if all fails .  I’m  so glad that I took that risk. It was the best decision I ever made.   It was a blessing of disguise.

I pretty much trained all types of clients from as young as 12 years old to your strong will minded 70 year old.  I also worked with special population with medical history such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, pregnancy, orthopedic issues, etc.  their programs are  designed to be scaled, so they can get the safest and effective workout. I’ve  also worked with collegiate athletes looking into improving  and exceeding overall performance and clients just wanting to lose a few bodyfat pounds.

-Commitment.  Are you hungry to reach and achieve the goals you’ve set for so long?  You must  show at least 90% effort with your trainer in order for your  fitness program to work. There is no magic pill for quick results. It’s the effort and passion you put in. Optimum results and satisfaction pays off, depending how much work you put in.
