Percussion therapy is a tool that is used by many pro athletes and post rehabilitation. Percussive tool offers similar to deep tissue massage but without the excessive hard pressure. It stimulates muscle tissue and joint, to helps speed up recovery, shuts down pain signals, and increase mobility. Percussion therapy has a long list of benefits to improve both health and general Fitness. I have many people ask about it. I’ll always tell them try it. The positive results speaks for itself.

How did you get started teaching?
Actually my clients were the ones who inspired and believed in me. They saw value, solid expertise, potential and a great investment. If it wasn’t for them, I would of had a difficult time visioning myself not just only a pro trainer, but as becoming a fitness entrepreneur. I’m not much of a high risk taker, but comfortable to work for someone. One day I was told by one of my client, if I want to own a successful fitness business, you need to take risk, must have talent, and have lots of passion in your profession. So I took that risk and also accepted the worst case scenario if all fails . I’m so glad that I took that risk. It was the best decision I ever made. It was a blessing of disguise.
What types of students have you worked with?
I pretty much trained all types of clients from as young as 12 years old to your strong will minded 70 year old. I also worked with special population with medical history such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, pregnancy, orthopedic issues, etc. their programs are designed to be scaled, so they can get the safest and effective workout. I’ve also worked with collegiate athletes looking into improving and exceeding overall performance and clients just wanting to lose a few bodyfat pounds.

- Hire an instructor who have a clear explanation and knows how our body joints and muscles function through various exercises
