Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Most students start with a complimentary consultation where we'll evaluate movement and joint health, assess current fitness level and nutrition and create a road map toward meeting your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to 14 years as a CrossFit coach I also have the Russian Kettlebell Certification, the Selective Functional Movement Certification, the Facial Movement Certification in addition to educationional background in movement and rehab.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard hourly rates start at $105/hr. Various programming and nutritional add-ons can increase that rate.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been teaching in one form or another once 1996 when I was a teacher in public education. I transitioned into fitness in the early 2000's when musclar development saved me from a knee surgery. I learned to find ways of strengthening the back to prevent back injury (the #1 complaint among adults) and further educated to find nutritional cures to many physical ailments
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure to work with professional motocross athletes and triathletes and the elderly rehabbing from injury. The muscles are the same. The application is what changes. Deep down we are all meant to move.
