I have worked with many different types of people, it is important that I know your goal and put together a fitness plan for you. Fitness is not universal. We will put together plans that include your workouts with me and your workouts on your own. You have made a choice to change your life. Go all the way.
I love being a personal trainer because I get to push people to achieve their goals. I get to see the results weekly and get to see how their lives are changing.

I was very over weight and did not have any experience working out. I also did not realize I had no idea how to eat. Fred was able to help me with my diet and make sure I would stick to it. It was actually a lot easier then I thought, he educated me and when I just knocked out a few items I started to see the weight drop, I am feeling more tone and fit then ever before, I still see him all the time.
I started with Fred for 2 Days a week, the great part was he was able to give me additional workouts to do on my own. I could even call and he would be sure I was doing everything correctly, just because you are not with him that day, doesn't mean you can't still contact him
