What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will email you a Par-Q questionnaire to get you basic information and goals! We will chat over the phone or by text message to talk about your goals moving forward! You will download my personal app where you will receive all your workouts and meal plans!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m NASM ACE and NPTI certified as well I was a Flight Paramedic and Special Operations Medical Sergent for many years before getting hurt in Afghanistan and being medically retired!
