If you're motivated to becoming the healthiest and happiest version of you, then you have come to the right place. As an ISSA certified fitness professional I can help you set realistic goals to transform your health and life for the better.

I work with all ages from kids to seniors always with your safety in mind. Focusing on weight management, whether it be

fat loss and or muscle gain, corrective exercise to strength training, I'm equipped to get you where you want to be.

If one on one training isn't your thing, I also

provide group combat fitness classes. Imagine a fitness experience where you never touch a weight or designated cardio machine, yet you come away with the same benefits of using those types of equipment. Here you'll learn basic striking techniques borrowed from boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai.

Mike, training with you the past two years has been a great experience and very rewarding for me! I was struggling with knee and shoulder injuries, but Mike you made me believe those injuries, when handled with the right exercises, done appropriately, and with the right form, not only would I get better, but make me stronger. And it did. Im a mother of 4 and over 50, and can balance on a hard medicine ball on one leg without holding onto anything, thx to you Mike! Yre very knowledgeable, kind, encouraging and very motivating. When I try to give up during workout, its annoying, but I will always hear your voice in my head, annoyingly saying, you got this, finish strong and as soon as I hear that, I would normally go with extra reps! I dont know why you left Calfit, but just know that all your clients are miserable without finding a personal trainer like you who genuinely cares! Mike was assigned to me as my first personal trainer. I was scared but he put me at ease. He started working on strengthening my core because of a previous back injury. He made sure I was ready and strong enough to take classes and move onto strength training. He is very professional and knows his trade. A very smart and likable person. He helped change my life.

Really enjoyed working with Mike. We started with a complete plan; a workout I would do on my own 3X a week, a diet plan with simple calorie and protein targets and some core exercises that Mike supervised 2X a week. That was the best – got my heart rate up doing different things like planks, pulleys, balance balls and other drills. Mike is like a velvet hammer, gentle motivation to keep you going to get your best outcome. If you are serious about getting results - I highly recommend working with Mike!

Before working with Mike, I had been using various workout routines, which were very effective, I thought... Mikes program, his personal adapted pyramid program, had me progressing far beyond what I thought possible, lifting weights in weeks, that I had not put on the goal list for the year! Thanks, Mike!

If you are looking for a trainer who is professional, cares about you and focuses on your goals, Mike is your trainer. I have trained and known mike for approximately 3 years and during this time I have had goals such as dresses I needed to fit within a certain amount of time or an area of my body that I took special interest in, Mike would tailor my training in order to meet these goals (meaning he would focus on the area that needed to be trimmed down or sculpted). He is an active participant in his group training sessions which always makes it challenging and fun. He also provides meal plans that can be tailored to your fit lifestyle.
I recommend Mike as a trainer to anyone who is serious about being healthy and achieving the body you have always wanted!
