    I have worked weekly with Deirdra Rogers for about two and a half years. She is the best thing that ever happened to my body! At age 70 I am fitter than I have ever been in my life. Deirdra plans every workout carefully to include strength and anaerobic cardio training, always taking my personal needs into account.     I first meet for a complimentary consultation to really listen to the student's goals, history and hopes for their future health, wellness and fitness.  I then test a few exercises with them and discuss the longer term plan I would propose.

    I have been in fitness for 38 years..starting with Jazzercise, then opening a club in San Francisco, then moving into personal training and group exercise.  I've been certified by a number of organizations including ACE, CrossFit, Older Adult Training, Idea, Spincycling, Pilates and Metabolic Effect weight loss program.
