I am experienced working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I work with clients in their homes or backyards, on Zoom, and at the local gym. Let's talk soon and figure out if we would be a good fit.
As cliche as it may sound, I like helping each person reach a new level in their fitness! I get to use my credentials with the I.S.S.A in Personal Training & Nutrition. I love what I do!

I love getting to meet all kinds of people, with their own strengths, blindspots, and goals for the future. We build to our best self one rep/one set/one workout at a time.
Right now, I am working with a 66 year old retiree who suffered an array of injuries years back, and was worried that her quality of life would diminish. Now, we workout 4-5x a week -- strength training, mobility work, "pumping iron", learning how to navigate a large chain gym, cardio sessions, and her fitness gains have been substancial.
I also get to work with younger professionals, trying to simply have a fun workout in a short amount of time, 30-45 minutes. Get in, Sweat It Out, Get out and back to the busy day.
Customizing a plan for each client while building a professional relationship is where I hope to stand out and earn your business.
I am available to meet live or on Zoom. Also, a new option, is training with you at a local gym, alleviating some nerves many have about performing at a large gym or navigating the large weight rooms.

I individualize my approach with every client, for everyone is trying to achieve different things. Do you have an injuries? What training have you had previously? What are your goals? What inspires you? What is YOUR WHY?
Because my approach is custom per client I really like to take the time and sit down and get to know you better. Most importantly what are you looking for in a trainer?
