I have a passion for people being whole mind, body and spirit. I've been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and started this journey of fitness by teaching group classes, then I moved to more specialized training and became an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. From 24 Hour Fitness, I started my own fitness business in 2004. I'm a GoDesana Detox Cleanse Coach, an author/inspirational Speaker and a woman of faith.
What I enjoy about my work is "transformation." Seeing people get results and blossom into happy balanced people because they decided to take control of their lives in a positive holistic way.
What I enjoy most is being able to fulfill my purpose and passion while helping my clients get healthy so they can have more energy, clarity of mind, and regain their health to fulfill their God given purpose in life.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I have different packages and they are based on the number of days and the extent of your training.
How did you get started teaching?
I started out as a group instructor for many years teaching at many gyms from 24 Hour Fitness, Step One, Riverside Athletic Club, the City of Sacramento and many other places, but I realized when you teach group classes you're limited, in terms of getting to know your client's needs, desires and goals and that's when I made the shift.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all populations of people. Young and old from many ethnicities. I think my true calling is to work with women between the ages of 35-65. This is when the hormones start to change, extra weight begins to form after childbirth, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I can't think of one right now.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Meet with them and find out their core values. Are they someone you can relate to, inspires you, and are they concerned about your best interest. Are they practicing what they preach? Does their lifestyle line up with what they are teaching you. So many people have education but don't have the ability to relate to people's challenges, needs, and when the rubber meets the road it has to be someone you admire and respect.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are they truly ready to take this leap of faith?
Do you have a support group that will champion you on?
The results will not come overnight. There is no silver bullet. It takes hard work, persistence and perseverance.
Are you willing to make the changes you need to make to get the results you're investing in?
