I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Genetics Based Program Designer and Exercise Therapist. My clients range from weight loss and rehabilitation to body building and Endurance events. I love the variety!

I provide services via Zoom, in home or your gym location. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, wherever we are. All COVID protocals are followed.

As a natural figure pro, I have experienced the journey of competition. As a Genetics based program designer, I have been able to help clients achieve goals based on their genetic profiles. As a Nutritionist, I have helped clients achieve weight loss, muscle gain and body composition goals, by identifying opportunites individually. As an Exercise Therapist, I have helped clients with injury rehabilitation and more mature populations. I would love to help you achieve your goals.

Creating an assessment, complete with goals is part of the process.  Evaluation of current conditions, strength status and program design is then created.  Programs are analyzed, implemented and progressed to ensure growth and longevity.
