What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Every client I work with meets with me for a consultation and fitness assessment. During this time we go over your fitness goal, physical limitations and perform a fitness assesment. This process will help me design your fitness program which is always customized to your very own needs.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- NASM Certified Personal Trainer

- NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist  

- NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist

- CPR & AED Certified

How did you get started teaching?

I have always enjoyed working out and the physical and mental benefits that come along with having an active lifestyle and wanted to teach people that you can make fitness a part of any lifestyle.


What types of students have you worked with?

My current clients range in age from 8 years to 85 years old. With goals ranging from weight loss, building muscle, therapeutic exercise, core strenthening and sports conditioning.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would recommend when looking for a trainer that you first figure out your fitness goal then interview a few trainers. It is not enough to just find a trainer that is qualified. I think it is highly important that you feel comfortable comunicating with your coach in every aspect of your training.


Lessons offered
