As a previous athlete and a patient of physical therapy following a car accident I have always enjoyed exercise and the many results that come with it. I came to the conclusion that if I can do this for fun, feel great, and make changes in my own life why not help people transform their lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I have been in the fitness industry for 3 years now as a personal trainer and training assistant. While attending University of Maryland Eastern Shore I completed a 120 hour internship with an athletic training facility called Competitive Sports Performance. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and a good and nutrition specialist. During my everyday life I instruct boot camp classes that specialize in HIIT training while still giving modifications for people who have physical limitations. In addition to that I personally train clients and instruct classes for peoples with developmental and physical disabilities. What I enjoy most is seeing that my clients gain results and make transformations in their life wether it be on or off of a weight scale. Let's work on your goals together and make the change!

I initially do a consultation to get an idea of where my client is mentally, what their exercise background looks like, and if they are ready to make a change according to their lifestyle. We will also go over what that person's specific goals are and when they hope to attain them as well as physical limitations and health conditions.

I've always helped friends and family with different ways to exercise so I decided to go to school for it to expand my knowledge.
I have worked with clients of various ages from children to seniors. I currently work with people who have developmental and physical disabilities of various ages as well.
Just recently I instructed an exercise demonstration for a group in Rockville who all had some form of physical or developmental disability. Seeing their faces after we completed it and the joy they showed from knowing they had fun and getting a good exercise in made me feel great.
Just know that nothing is impossible it's just finding the right process that works for an individual.
They should ask if the teacher would be willing to work with their lifestyle. In addition to that they should ask what steps the teacher would take to help attain their goals.
