About
I am a certified personal fitness trainer with a background in football and baseball. I specialize in sport specific training, as well as general fitness training. I am willing to travel to clients to help them accomplish their fitness goals.
Fitness is my passion. I enjoy having the opportunity to get to know people on a personal level to help them accomplish their goals. Also, being a former athlete, I enjoy helping athletes improve their play and reach their athletic goals. Training is my way of helping the world.
