We are a 4,500 sq. ft. facility with personalized fitness training including 1-to-1, partner, small group and sports performance and Zumba, yoga, Bollywood and spin classes. We also have an on-site Physical Therapist from Elderfit and Nutrition Coaching with Registered Dietitians.
