I’ve been where you are—looking to make a positive change—and I’ve lost over 60 pounds using the very programs I share with my clients. My background in dance and fitness, along with my certification as a Massage Therapist, allows me to create well-rounded fitness routines that focus not only on your body but also on healing and overall wellness.
