BCC FIT LLC
About
With over 15 years of experience, I've dealt with many clients on the training spectrum. I tailor a plan to your specific fitness needs, while teaching you the proper techniques and why we do each exercise. The best thing about training with me, is that it will be challenging but fun at the same time. I'll take the "work" out of working out!!!
I enjoy working with the public and helping them become a better version of themselves. Your happiness and satisfaction is what I strive for!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I do a Fitness Assessment, which consists of a health questionairre, discuss exercise experience, current exercise plan, and help set up both short-term and long-term fitness goals.
Next, I go over the basic fundamentals of exercise. Teaching the proper technique of the "foundation" exercises, while assessing strength and stamina.
Then I provide the "road map" on how we will start our jouney towards their fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ACE Certified (American Council of Exercise) since 2001, where I have to perform 16 hours of continuing education every two years.
I am also a C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2002, where I have to perform 16 hours of continuing education every two years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I have standard training packages. The rates are available in person during the 2 complimentary fitness sessions. The rates are well within the industry average.
How did you get started teaching?
I took my love of working out and my love of helping people and decided it was the career for me! It's as simple as that! Exercise and resistance training is for everyone, but not everyone feels comfortable in that environment. I help them get the knowledge and confidence to make the lifestyle change,
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a broad spectrum of clients. From the teenager to people in their 80s. I've worked with athletes, weekend warriors, and those wanting to lose weight or just feel better about themselves.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a client in her late 50s who just went on vacation to Hawaii. While she was there, she texted me about how her 24 year old daughter was impressed with how good she looked. She was so excited about that and had to share that with me while she was on her vacation! Those are the stories that make me really enjoy what I do!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a trainer that you mesh with on a personal and professional level. If you don't enjoy seeing that trainer or don't think they are giving you what you need, seek out someone who will!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should just think about what is best for themselves. Is this trainer someone I can get along with? Does this trainer give me what I'm looking for in my workouts?
