What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student first has to go through a health assessment to qualify for a training program. Once i've gathered all the information I need the student will receive a personalized training program depending on the student's specific goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I was a trainer working at my local YMCA that always had a passion for fitness & athletics and now I get to pursue that passion by influencing & helping those around me.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of my students are working parents with busy schedules. My youngest client was 12 years old and the oldest was 82 years old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
in 2018 I had a health scare that had me in the emergency room but thankfully I made it through. My family was there during that tough time and it's something I'm fond of until today.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The student has to make sure that teacher's personality matches theirs to have a great student teacher experience. You need someone you know will push you but also understands you.
