Hello my name is DeMarcus. I have been in the fitness industry for 9 years. I provide the most innovative and creative fitness service to communities and corporate businesses. My ultimate goal is to provide the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to help people maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. I do this by making each experience with one of a kind. Due to the unique creation of my Combinational Exercise Program, I are able to withstand a 98% retention rate, which is very rare in the health and fitness industry.
My unique training style attributes to my collegiate athletic background and experience in one of the top health and fitness clubs in the world. That allowed me to observe a variety of different training styles. This also gave me exposer to varies fitness testing techniques. I enjoy thinking outside the box, which is demonstrated in my non traditional training style. As a result of this my clients are forever engaged, focused, motivated, and driven throughout the exercise program. With my contagious smile, positive spirit, and personable demeanor I formed a very successful program to help expand Combinational Exercise Programming. I understand the importance of keeping my services exciting and fun, while burning calories, toning the body, and building strength all at one time. My clients experience drastic and consistent results.

In general see a client go from not being able to do a particular exercise to now doing it with ease. It tells you alot about their effort and determination. For me as a coach I know that it boost their confidence along with helping them within there particular sport or lifestyle habit.
Trust is big!!! I can attest to that meeting and learning about someone first is important. In this industry there are some people that just want money. Trust, respect, results, consistentcy is my main goal.
