What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will ask questions to see if there are physical limitations like illness or injury. Factors like age and weight are taken into account.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified personal trainer with International Fitness Association. Insured. CPR trained.

One-on-one training: $60
Couples training: $70

How did you get started teaching?
I have been training clients since 2010.
What types of students have you worked with?
Various ages from elementary school to 65 yrs old. Also various weights from think to obese.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The Highland Games in Boone, NC has a weekend filled with track running races, marathon run, sheep herding, dancing, live music, sheaf tossing, etc. Lots of competitions and fun! It's normally held in early July.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Every trainer is different. We all have our own style of training our clients as well as unique personalities. For example, I will not yell at you, I am encouraging yet firm.
