Unchained Training is a personal training service built upon three major pillars: Behavior Change, Knowledge, and Results.
BEHAVIOR CHANGE: If you don't change your behavior, you won't see results. If you don't change your habits, you won't keep results. Unchained Training helps you reach and maintain your goals through sustainable habits.
KNOWLEDGE: If the client knows nothing, then the trainer has taught nothing. Unchained Training focuses on giving you the knowledge and confidence to live a healthy lifestyle.
RESULTS: You can have results or excuses, but not both. Unchained Training holds you accountable so that you may obtain your desired goals.
I have a true passion for developing physical, mental, and spiritual health. I have seen what poor health can do to a person's life. My family is riddled with conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, etc. I dedicate my time and energy to help others develop a healthy lifestyle, so that they may avoid future conditions that are so preventable.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices reflect 50 minute sessions. Prices adjusted for 30 minute sessions.
RETAINER (in-person only): $400/mo for 20 sessions. Sessions expire at the end of the month. Three month minimum.
12 PACK (in-person only): $600 for 12 sessions. Sessions don't expire until 6 months after purchase.
ONLINE: $150/mo. Comes with free progress tracking app, virtual check-ins, and customized programs. Two month minimum.
HYBRID: $150/mo + $20/session (in-person). Sessions don't expire until 6 months after purchase.
PROGRAMS ON DEMAND: $85/program. Programs are made to order according to your requests. Fill out a form, complete payment, receive pdf document within 7 days... that simple.
