As a Fitness Coach my mission is to motivate and guide my trainees to adopt a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals in enjoyable environment. I believe that desire for personal change should not be focused only on physical attributes but on improving the individuals’ activity levels, health awareness, as well as overcoming the limitations. My approach to coaching combines enthusiasm, simple to implement solutions, 24h care and a lot of fun!
I have been always passionate about fitness, proper nutrition and interested in the relationship between the body and mind. I not only love to exercise, but also teach others to love it.
