
I practice what I preach, my knowledge comes through the 2 decades involved in nutrition & fitness. Currently, I am involved in Muay Thai that involves boxing and kickboxing, I'm part of a crossfit team who competes I myself have completed in bodybuilding and classic physique. I've spent many years in the gym but at the moment I'm only doing compound workouts to sustain my 225 pound frame of solid muscle.
