    I've been a training for over 5 years. I worked at Retro Fitness Elite, In Forest Hills, New York for over 2 years. 

    Princing depends of the days the client wants to train.

    Besides working as a trainer, I work in a Hospital in Finances. It helped me to start a BOOT CAMP at work. This pushed me to help people to get in shape.

    I've worked with different type of clients, children, adults and people with physical limitations.

    My first advice, make sure the trainer is professional, this means, he/she is always on time for the session.
