About
Hey, I'm Shane! Picture this: a guy who's just as passionate about his next video game mission as he is about his next workout session. That's me—your go-to Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with a decade's worth of experience in making fitness fun and accessible for everyone. From aspiring powerlifters to the coolest grandmas you'll ever meet, I've been there, guiding folks through their fitness journeys with a mix of science, sweat, and a few laughs along the way.
But here's the real talk—my path wasn't always clear. I've navigated through the murky waters of anxiety, depression, and kicking alcohol to the curb, with fitness as my lighthouse. These experiences taught me the true power of a supportive, judgment-free training environment. Whether you're fighting your own inner battles or just looking to get stronger, I'm here to back you up.
Inclusivity? It's not just a buzzword for me. It's the heart of my mission. No matter who you are, where you're from, or what you're aiming for, there's a place for you here. My goal? To help you meet yours, whether that's getting fitter, stronger, or just feeling better in your skin, all while actually enjoying the process.
Wondering if you can break through those mental and physical barriers? Let me show you that not only is it possible, but you're also so much closer than you think. If you're ready to start or looking for that extra push, let's chat. I'm all about unlocking that hidden potential, showing you that pain doesn't have to be your norm, and yes, making sure we have a good time doing it.
So, if you're on the fence, think of this as your sign to jump over. Together, we'll transform those "I can't" moments into "I absolutely can and did!" stories. Ready to make some changes and have fun along the way? Reach out, and let's make it happen.
Remember, being kind to yourself is the first step to awesome. 😎
