What is your typical process for working with a new student?
EVALUATE , we access your ,Health, Fitness and movement .
ELIMINATE we decide what type program is needed to help the you reach your goals. We use your assement to determine what your blockers are and start eliminating them , from bad diet strategies , poor ,sleep, too much tech or dysfunctional movement , working with you we Eliminate them.
ADD ONLY WHAT IS NEEDED
FFTS uses your assesments to deterine what programs are best for you , adding only what you need to Eliminate your Blockers and keep them from returing once we Eliminate them than we adress how to get you functioning at your optimum levels possible .
Add only What Is Needed ,every client receives a personalized program that is the result of what we Evaluate what their Needs are included in their color coded program are exercises that enhance the correctives they are given to make the improvements needed to obtain their
goals .This program is updated to see what needs to be adjusted in the program every 6-12 weeks when we Reevaluate them.
FFTS ultizes 4 primary forms to collect client information and make decisions how best to assist them on their Fitness Journey
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Associates in Science with a major In Exercise Science , I have held certifications from WORLD INSTRUCTOR TRAINING SCHOOLS , and NASM as a Fitness trainer and currently am FMS certified By Gray Cook , in addition I have been attending PERFORM BETTER , and EXERCISE ETC FUNCTIONAL & FITNESS TRAINING seminars for the past 15 years to stay up to date in the latest industry standards . I have taken courses on EXERCISE AND DIABETES, STRENGTH AND CONDITIOINING FOR SENIORS, EXERCISE AND OSTEOPOROSIS,NEW DIRECTIONS IN CARDIO TRAINING,BEST BOOT CAMP DRILLS,COMPREHENSIVE RECOVERY STRATEGIES,EXERCISE AFTER KNEE AND HIP REPLACEMENT,WHEN GOOD KNEES GO BAD ,CORE TRAINING,FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AND INJURY PREVENTION . And have been CPR AED FIRST AID certified for over 20 years

FUNCTIONALLY FIT TRAINING SYSTEMS offers 3 tiers of service all depending on what you need and what you feel you can comfortably afford.
level 1 Offers either Private or Semi Private IN PERSON ON SITE TRAINING, You pay much more but you get much more with actual face to face contact and tactile as well as verbal and visual directions and encouragement.ii meet clients at their homes ,jobs, local community center or parks.
level 2 Offers Online Fitness coaching, where just like inperson you make an appointment to meet ,the only diffrence is we meet virtually instead of in person . This cost less than in person does .
lastly level 3 offers you a written personalized 6- 12 week program to follow to your goals. I recommend Level 3 for those with at least some exercise experiance not for beginners .
level 3 is the lowest level of financial investment compared to the others.
Every Client recieves a written Program regardless of which level they chose.
