We are a multidisciplinary and integrative collaboration of licensed board certified medical professionals, licensed academic health science instructors, licensed academic business instructors, and master level personal trainers partnering together to significantly improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs through exercise and fitness education, increased functional ability, strength, conditioning, and whole person quality of life.
Advocating for the health of our clients by using the study, research, and knowledge of health and the application of that knowledge to improve human musculoskeletal strength, performance and metabolic flexibility to better understand how humans function.

We start with a fitness consultation to help me understand your short term and long term goals and a fitness assessment to define your current metabolic condition.
